First REAL try with Paint Tool SAI, but background made in Adobe Fireworks. No clue how much time I put into it.

Okay, so this is for my little sister 's contest. It's not my best work, and I don't expect to win. BUT, SHE knows and I know that if I really WANTED to put a lot of time into this, it WOULD be good enough to place relatively high.
