Sketch Gifts 4

Okay, so for my buddies this December I took sketch requests to give to them as gifts! Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to color them. ;-; I reeeally wish I would have, because all of my friends are such AWESOME people that I would have loved to give them all something special. I just didn't have enough time.

Anyway, I'll be posting these in packs of 3 and 4, because I don't want to flood my other watchers with 14 different sketch deviations being uploaded. Although, if anyone wants to download just their sketch, let me know and I'll upload it to either Sta.sh or my scraps for you to do so!

Here's the forth and final set:


Cole and R.O.G.E.R. Meet Tulla and Rizzi for - HanMolo's the only person who actually requested that I draw my own characters for their sketch request. So, needless to say, I rather enjoyed drawing this one. Did I mention that I love Cole's hat? That thing is just awesome! And R.O.G.E.R. is so cute, as far as robots go. Oh, and I hope you don't mind that I had to move Tulla and R.O.G.E.R. up a little bit from Rizzi and Cole, it was the only way I could get them all to fit without shrinking the sketch super small.
Cole, you're actually the only one of my friends that I met off dA and kept contact with through it, but I'm really glad we did! Your original works are so creative, you think off all the coolest story lines and character designs! You've got a bright future ahead with your creativity if you keep on trying! Oh, and best of luck working on Hallow Isles, buddy!

Alakay for - Coming up with the idea for this picture was so much fun! I mean, come on, wouldn't come giant tree ornaments like that just be plain awesome to have? (Assuming they were shatter-proof. ) No surprise here, but Alakay's got a super cute design too! An absolute cutie, and I loved drawing him!
Mellie, while we haven't been friends for very long, I can already tell you're an extremely nice and thoughtful person! I really hope you like this, and in the time to come I'm sure you and I will become even better friends!

Lucy Cee for - Mayhem was one of three of my friends to tell me to draw whatever I would most like to for them. So I went with her SUPER awesome Sonic FC, Lucy Cee the Narwhal! Until now, I had never seen anything quite like her! Had lots of fun drawing this super cute character!
Grace, you have got to be one of the single nicest people I have ever known in my entire life! ^-^ You always have something nice and encouraging to say, and I know I can tell you any time I'm going through a rough spot in life and just need some prayer and support. It's always a joy to talk to you, even when I'm feeling down your cheerful words seem to bring a little sunshine. For that and so many other reason I feel incredibly bless to call you my friend!

JamesXGrace for - Lexa also told me to draw whatever I wanted for her sketch gift, so after some serious though and about a million different ideas, I finally settled for a sketch of James and Grace taking a walk in the snow! I really wanted something “realistic” for these characters, something they might actually do. I also wanted to show a look of “aww” at the snow on Grace's face, and a look of contentment and happiness that he's with Grace on James' face! I just hope I portrayed that accurately. X3
Lexa, oh boy...Where do I begin here? You have been a more supportive friend to me than I could have ever dreamed of having. Reading your beautifully detailed stories is always a pleasure, and seeing your artwork go from amazing to amazing-er has been a wonderful experience in itself! Although, even more important than all of that is that you've given me the joy of being able to be your friend! Whether we're talking seriously about something we need support with in our lives, or having an attempt at a “philosophical” conversation while drinking morning coffee, or even just plain being goofy while talking about Lolcats and old jokes, being your friend is something I wouldn't trade for the world! ^-^
